Good But Needs Improvement
I’ve used the Pit Boss 30" Griddle a few times now, and while it does the job, I have mixed feelings. The cooking surface is great and heats up quickly, but I find the wheels could use a better locking mechanism. It sometimes rolls away when I’m trying to flip a burger. It's functional, but I was expecting a bit more for the price.
