30-Day Return Period

All products may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your return request must be initiated within this 30-day timeframe.

Return Authorization (RMA)

Once your request is approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Condition of Items

  • Items should be returned in unused, like-new condition.
  • Please include all original packaging, materials, and accessories.
  • Returns may not be accepted if items show signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs for returning items. We recommend using an insured shipping service with tracking, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

  • For logistical reasons, televisions over 32 inches cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
