Great for Large Birds!
I used this for a 14-pound turkey, and it cooked perfectly in just over two hours. The infrared heating really locks in the moisture. My only complaint is the size; it takes up a bit more space than I anticipated. Overall, very happy with the results!

Impressive Results with a Few Drawbacks
I was pleasantly surprised with how well the Big Easy worked. The turkey was flavorful and moist, but I did find that it took longer than advertised. I also wish it came with better instructions for beginners. Still, it’s a great gadget for outdoor cooking!

Easy to Use and Clean!
This fryer is fantastic! Set it up in minutes, and the cleanup is a breeze. I’ve cooked turkey, chicken, and even ribs in it. Everything has come out incredibly tasty. Definitely a game-changer for outdoor cooking!

Decent, But Needs Practice
The Charbroil Big Easy is a neat concept, but I found that it took some trial and error to get the timing right. The turkey turned out okay, but I think I can improve on the cooking method. Good for those who like experimenting!

Good But Not Perfect
While the Charbroil Big Easy does an admirable job of cooking turkey without oil, I found that the skin didn’t crisp up as much as I’d like. It’s still a solid product, but I think I’ll stick to traditional methods for the skin next time.
